The three-axis line rail adopts roller type line rail, which is more precise and durable. All three axes are driven by grinding ball screws with direct motor connection.

The spindle comes from the special spindle for grinding machine made in Taiwan.
It adopts the original P4 grade super precision angled bearing from NSK, Japan.
The spindle is equipped with V3 grade low vibration spindle motor and frequency converter.
The spindle is equipped with overload protection function.
The automatic lubrication system is standard on all series of machines and utilizes sensors to monitor the lubrication pressure.
The sensor monitors the lubrication pressure, and when the pressure drops below the preset value, the machine will automatically issue an alarm.
The lubricant is recycled to avoid waste and environmental pollution.
